RUBBERTEX both old and young , is a State of Delaware, US-based global multinational corporation with the complete name of RUBBERTEX INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRY LLC.

Founded in 1930, RUBBERTEC, the predecessor of RUBBERTEX, was one of the two pioneers of “flexible thermal insulation”.

The Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) rubber unmodified was invested by the laboratory in the eastern US and the university of Akron (Akron, US—rubber city of world) in 1942.Based on the characteristics of PVC rubber, RUBBERTEC processed further to improve its performances, and successfully launched “flexible thermal insulation modified ”in 1950. As the best known brand , Rubbertec insulation grew very quickly and was widely used in the fields of industrial rubber products and building insulation materials.

To coped with the world oil crisis in the 1970s, RUBBERTEC carried out the industrial restructuring. RUBBERTEX international was founded by the strategic cooperation between thermal insulation business division of RUBBERTEC and the THERMPLASTIC International Investment LLC. Since then, RUBBERTEX as one of fastest-growing and technologically advanced company, successfully launched two business units—–composite insulation foam and flexible composite air duct after brand and a number of technical patents obtained, accumulated and innovated.

In 2014,RUBBERTEX (Asia) came to Hong Kong, focused on the marketing and product distribution. And then, achieved success in Asia by a diversity, high quality and high-tech of the products.

RUBBERTEX sped up the strategy in the market of Asia，based on keeping in line with the latest global standards for housing comfort, beautiful, economy and sustainability, and set up a new company — Rubbertex (Guangzhou) Air Conditioning Thermal Insulation System Co., Ltd.
